A Crystal Clear Vision Event - 2018

A Crystal Clear Vision is so much more than a bridal show. It's an amazing tabletop design competition where wedding planners, venues, florists, and caterers compete for the best table design. During the show, engaged couples are inspired by new ideas that they can incorporate into their wedding days, and it's a great way to find vendors, because you can see firsthand what they're capable of. This was my fourth year as one of the event photographers and my second year as lead photographer. What an awesome bonus to all the participating vendors that they receive professional detail shots of their gorgeous tables!

A Crystal Clear Vision is hosted each year by the wonderful ladies at Waterford Event Rentals. They team up with Antonia Christianson Events and Blue Steel Lighting, and let me tell you, these guys know how to put on a show!

This year the event was held at the Woman's Club of Portsmouth, which is one of my favorite venues in Hampton Roads and such a great place for a unique bridal show like this.

First, we have the stunning centerpiece of the event... the table designed by the host company, Waterford Event Rentals. I could not get enough of those peach roses and all those gorgeous crystals!

In addition to photographing Waterford's table, I also photographed 4 other tables, two by caterers, one by a florist, and one by a venue.

Sweetwater Cuisine had two hanging food displays, created by Blue Steel Lighting. I love how they could just slip in their little food sample cups! What a great showpiece! Their table was so on trend with rose gold touches and blue velvet linens!

Jeff's Flowers Of Course created this fun, tropical tablescape. I loved how fun and flirty the pink lemonade glasses were! And this dark teal textured linen is one of my favorites from Waterford!

My second caterer-designed table was by one of my favorites, Montero's Restaurant. These guys make the best comfort food around! They combined several pieces of furniture from Mad Hatter Vintage into a two-sided food display.

My final table was designed by the amazing ladies at The Historic Post Office! They were inspired by everyone's favorite HGTV show... Fixer Upper! I think they created a Joanna Gaines approved table, don't you?

Such a gorgeous event! And these were only 5 of the tables! Check out a peek at the entire room:

We'll be back at the Portsmouth Woman's Club again for next year's Crystal Clear Vision Event and I can't wait! I have no idea how Waterford, Antonia Christianson Events and Blue Steel Lighting are going to top this year, but I know they will!
