In just a few weeks, Amanda and Matt will be celebrating 10 years of marriage and what better anniversary gift than a portrait session? Amanda and I have been planning this since the fall, so we were thrilled when we ended up with a perfectly beautiful day! Add the gorgeous weather to the romance of Ghent and the comfortableness that 10 years of marriage brings, and we were all set for a beautiful anniversary session!
Amanda and Matt have 3 sweet little babies at home, so our conversation throughout the session was about all things parenthood! It's so wonderful to spend time with people who are just a few steps ahead of us in parenting! They give the best advice!
I love it when couples incorporate meaningful things into their sessions, like the location they choose or the jewelry she wears. Biking is a big hobby of Matt's (in fact, he did some location scouting for our session on one of his bike rides!) and this vintage bike is an heirloom in Amanda's family, so it was the perfect piece for our session! Isn't it beautiful?
