The Sunshine:
- Christmas shopping is pretty much finished and the presents are wrapped and under the tree. No last minute crazy shopping for me!
- Cookie exchanges, ugly sweater parties, Christmas programs, casual potluck dinners... I love it all! But most of all, I love spending time with my family. I'm so glad that our parents and most of Ryan's family are local. It's really special to be able to spend this time of year with them.
- Christmas movie marathons! I can't wait to see all our favorites again this year!
The Raindrops:
- December is such a busy month and weekends are prime real estate! By Thanksgiving, I'd already been invited to at least 6 or 7 parties, mostly landing on the same days. I love Christmas and I love fellowship, so it's hard because you want to say yes to everything, but you also know that you want to make it to Christmas with your sanity intact.
