Sweet Tooth ~ Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

It was a rainy afternoon, so instead of taking the bike ride we had planned on, Ryan and I decided to whip up something decadent with the 87 ounces of pumpkin we had just picked up at Sams Club. (Yay for buying in bulk!)

I didn't have to dig through my recipe documents very long before I ran into this delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe from one of my favorite sewing blogs, MADE. Not that I sew very much. Nothing I make comes out looking as clean and professional as Dana's stuff does. But a girl can dream, right?

Anyway, these cookies are not to be missed! They're delicious warm and soft from the oven, but you could also whip up some frosting to spread over the top.

I didn't have the patience to wait for them to cool completely or even to chill them for 10 minutes in the fridge. If you're like me and you want that cookie right away, just plop it on a plate and gobble it up with a fork.

And before you know it, you've scraped every delicious bit off of the plate.

I can't wait to bake the dough we stuck in the freezer!
