I was super excited to make these cookies after seeing the recipe. They were very yummy, but it's very hard to tell when they're done, because they're such a dark red color. So unfortunately I burnt the first batch a bit. I also added a third egg, because the batter came out incredibly dry.
If you're a red velvet lover, definitely give these cookies a try! And a little dollop of cream cheese frosting on top can't hurt either.
