This weeks' Sweet Tooth recipe was picked especially for my friend's boyfriend, who loves all things blueberry, but we all ended up liking it so I thought I would share it here!
We followed Butter Baking's recipe and she starts out her post with the confession that she thought these cookies would be gross. But she ended up loving them and so did we.

Refreshing definitely isn't an adjective I thought I would ever use to describe a cookie, but it's an accurate description. And if you love blueberry muffins, just imagine a little more sugar and butter and that's what this blueberry cookie is like.
